Refunds
A refund will be granted in the event of a duplicate purchase which meet the following conditions:
• The product has permissions set to: Copy / No Transfer
• You are the recipient for both transactions
You must contact our support if you wish to seek a refund.
Returns
We are unable to accept product returns as our products are sold with `no transfer` permissions, therefore we cannot take back the product.
Redeliveries
You may visit our main store in-world and use the redelivery terminal to see if you're eligible for a redelivery.
Encountered a Bug/Issue
If you believe to have experienced an issue with one of our products, please contact our support.
We'll help troubleshoot the problem to determine if the issue is the result of user error or otherwise.
If the issue is deemed to be the fault of a programming error or design error, we'll address the issue and release an update in a timely manner.
